Do you want to see how strong vegans actually are? Come and watch the very first international Vegan Strength Battle at Fluff Fest! Come and help us to support our competitors!
When and where? Saturday 17:00 in front of the info-tent.
Do you lift? Are you vegan? Heading to Fluff Fest? Don´t forget your belt then! We want you to join our Vegan Strength Battle in which we shall be looking for the strongest vegan!
The battle: one minute of deadlifts
The goal: The goal: to lift maximum amount of weight during one minute - a comparison with your body weight shall be made afterwards (i.e. weight on the bar multipled by repetitions during a minute divided by your body weight)
/to ensure maximum gender and age equality we shall use the worldwide recognized and transparent Reshel formula for comparison among different body weights and genders and Foster+Malone/Meltzer formulas for age./
Rules: minimum weight on the bar is your body weight rounded up to the nearest multiple of 5 kg. Maximum weight not limited.
Weigh-in takes place just before the competition.
Participants must be vegans for at least 6 months.
Means: belts allowed. No wraps/hooks/supportive squat/deadlift suits or briefs

Prior experience with weightlifting required.

Pojedeme deadlifty po dobu 60s. Na čince min. vlastní váhu nebo neomezeně víc. Cílem je o nejvíckrát zvednout vlastní váhu za jednu minutu s přepočtem podle Reshelova koeficientu. Bez trhaček/háků/dresu. Jestli do toho chceš jít a jsi alespoň 6 měsíců vegan/ka, napiš nám mail!
