Green Day se v lednu vrací do Prahy! S novou deskou i starými hity
Americká kapela Green Day ovládne 22. ledna 2017 pražskou Tipsport Arénu! Jako předkapela během evropské části světového turné vystoupí The Interrupters; Green Day samotní se do České republiky vrátí po sedmi letech. I když brzy uplyne již 30 let od vzniku této punkrockové legendy, trio vedené zpěvákem a kytaristou Billie Joe Armstrongem přijede na vrcholu svých tvůrčích sil. Dokazují to nejnovější singly Revolution Radio a zejména Bang Bang, který se po třech týdnech katapultoval na vrchol rockové hitparády Billboard. Obě nové písně pocházejí z připravovaného, v pořadí dvanáctého studiového alba s názvem Revolution Radio. Kolekce dvanácti nových písní vyjde již 7. října na labelu Reprise/Warner Bros. “Svět samozřejmě ztratil svoji kolektivní povahu... a já, Mike a Tré jsme také ztracené duše. Deska Revolution Radio se stane tím důvodem, aby se všechny ztracené duše daly dohromady...tančily spolu...zpívaly spolu... a především našly jedna druhou. Na tomto poselství byli a jsou Green Day od začátku založeni,” říká frontman Billie Joe Armstrong.
The Interrupters jsou ska-punková kapela založená v roce 2012 v Los Angeles. Čtveřice tvořená zpěvačkou Aimee Interrupter a bratry Kevinem, Justinem a Jessem Bivonem v Praze představí své druhé album Say It Out Loud, které natočili pod producentskou taktovkou Tima Armstronga z Rancid. Společně se jim podařilo zachytit frenetickou energii kapely, která ve čtrnácti nových písních zároveň odhalila ‚novou úroveň drzosti‘.
Vstupenky na pražský koncert budou v prodeji od pátku 16. září 9:00 v sítích Ticketpro a Ticketportal. Ceny vstupenek se budou pohybovat v rozmezí od 1190 do 1590 Kč, pro ZTP / vozíčkáře (včetně doprovodu) za 1000 Kč.

Green Day are returning to Prague in January! Along with the new album and classic hits
American band Green Day will take over Tipsport Arena in Prague on 22nd January 2017! Green Day’s support during the European leg of their world tour will be The Interrupters; Green Day themselves are coming back to the Czech Republic after seven years.
Although the punkrock legend was formed 30 years ago, the threesome, led by singer/guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong, is coming to Prague on the top of their game. This is proven by the newest singles – Revolution Radio and mainly Bang Bang which, after only three weeks, went straight to the top of the Billboard chart. Both songs are coming off the 12th studio album Revolution Radio which is to be released on 7th October on Reprise/Warner Bros label.
“Of course the world has lost its collective mind... and me, Mike and Tré are lost souls too,” Armstrong said in a press release. “Revolution Radio is a movement for lost souls to come together... dance together... sing together... and most of all, find each other. That's what the spirit of Green Day has been about since day one.“
The Interrupters are ska-punk band formed in 2012. The Los Angeles-based quartet, consisting of the frontwoman Aimee Interrupter and the Bivone brothers Kevin, Justin and Jesse, will introduce the Prague audience to their second album Say It Out Loud, produced by Tim Armstrong from the band Rancid. Together, they managed to capture the frenetic energy of the band which also revealed ‚a whole new level of boldness in their songwriting‘.
Tickets for the Prague show are going on sale on Friday, 16th September at 9:00 A.M. via Ticketpro and Ticketportal, and will be priced between 1190 and 1590 CZK; 1000 CZK for owners of severe disability card (escort included).
